Terms of service
The agreement between Savicor and the organisations and people who use it.
Draft. This text has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and will be updated before paid plans open.
Last updated 23 October 2026.
About these terms
These terms apply to every use of Savicor: the apps, the website and any support we give. "We" and "us" mean Savicor. "Customer" means the organisation that creates a workspace and accepts these terms; "users" are the people the customer lets in.
Savicor is meant for businesses. By creating an organisation you confirm that you may accept these terms on behalf of that business. Consumer law that cannot be set aside still applies where it applies.
Where these terms and a separate written agreement with a customer differ, the written agreement wins.
The service
Savicor is business software delivered over the internet: CRM, Finance, Projects, People, Flow and Insights, sharing one set of customers. Which apps a customer can use depends on their plan.
Apps marked Beta are real and usable, but still change quickly and may have rough edges. Apps marked Planned are not part of the service until they are released.
We keep improving the service. We may change or remove features, but we will not take away a core function of a paid plan during a paid period without telling the customer in advance and offering a fair solution.
Accounts and security
- Every user has their own account. Accounts may not be shared.
- Two-factor authentication is required for every account.
- The customer decides who to invite and which role each user gets, and is responsible for what users do in its workspace.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. Tell us straight away through the contact form if you think someone else has access to your account.
Your data
The customer keeps all rights to the data it puts into the service. We use that data only to provide, secure and support the service, as described in the Privacy policy.
For personal data in the customer's workspace, the customer is the controller and we are the processor. Our data processing terms are part of these terms; customers who need a signed data processing agreement can ask for one through the contact form.
Owners and admins can export their records as CSV at any time. Deleting an organisation removes its data for good, so export what you want to keep first.
The customer is responsible for having the right to store and use the data it puts in, including the personal data of its own customers and staff.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email or messages, or email people who have not agreed to receive it where that agreement is required.
- Store or send material that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or contains malware.
- Try to get into other organisations' data, test our security without permission, or put an unreasonable load on the service.
- Copy, resell or rebuild the service, or get around limits of your plan.
Security researchers are welcome: report what you find through the contact form with the topic Security report, and do not test against other organisations' data.
If use breaks these rules or puts the service or others at risk, we may limit or suspend it. Where we can, we warn first and give time to fix the problem.
Plans, prices and payment
Starter is free. Paid plans are billed per user per month once billing opens. Until then the prices on the website are indicative and nobody is charged.
- Paid plans renew each month until cancelled.
- Prices are in euros and exclude VAT.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. A new price applies from the next billing period; if you do not agree, you can cancel before it starts.
- If a payment fails and is not fixed after a reminder, we may limit the workspace to read only until it is paid.
Cancelling and ending
The customer can cancel at any time through the contact form, or delete its organisation in the settings. A paid plan stays active until the end of the period already paid; there are no refunds for part periods, unless the law says otherwise.
We may end the agreement with 60 days' notice, or straight away if a customer seriously breaks these terms or the law. If we stop offering the service altogether, we give at least 90 days' notice so customers can move their data.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available around the clock and to fix problems quickly, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Planned maintenance happens outside Dutch office hours where possible and is announced in advance when it may cause downtime.
Support is given in English and Dutch through the contact form, on working days.
Liability
We are liable only for direct damage caused by a failure on our side. Our total liability per year is limited to the amount the customer paid us in the 12 months before the damage happened, and to 500 euros for customers on the free plan.
We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit, lost revenue or damage from lost data that could have been prevented by exporting it, nor for failures of services outside our control.
These limits do not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow them.
Intellectual property
The software, design and brand of Savicor belong to us. The customer gets the right to use the service for its own business for as long as the agreement runs.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve the service without owing you anything for it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For changes that matter to customers we give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app. If a customer does not agree, it can cancel before the change takes effect. Small changes, such as clearer wording, apply straight away.
Law and disputes
Dutch law applies. We would rather solve problems together, so please contact us first. Disputes that we cannot solve go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
